1-2Preliminary communication
Establish contact with the plant owners, interview with the plant situation, roof structure, electricity level and other basic issues, and determine the cooperation willingness and energy use demand.
Through the data and satellite map, the following aspects are investigated to determine the feasibility of the project.
Investigate the enterprise attributes (state-owned enterprises, listed enterprises, well-known foreign enterprises), whether the credit is good, operating conditions and income is stable, no bad record.
Check whether the building property right is independent and clear (the original property ownership certificate, land certificate, construction planning permit), and whether the building property right is pledged.
Investigate the roof structure (concrete, color steel tile), the service life and area of the roof (at least 20,000 square meters).
Investigate the electricity characteristics, time-sharing electricity quantity, electricity price, voltage grade and transformer capacity.
Check whether there is shelter or building planning around the building, whether there are gas or solid pollutants around the building.
